Free Standard Shipping*:

All items purchased through our store are eligible for Free Standard Shipping subject to the total order value being over £30. Any items purchased totalling under the value of £30 will be subject to a delivery charge. Once an order is placed through our store, The item/items will be packaged within one working day (Excluding bank holidays and weekends) from order date and distributed through our partner courier (EVRI). Once the parcel arrives with our courier please refer to the EVRI website for further information regarding delivery times/dates. 

Orders and shipping outside of the UK:

We currently do not support any shipping to residents outside of the United Kingdom. Any orders that are received from outside of the United Kingdom will be cancelled and a full refund will be carried out. Please note that this refund process can take up to 14 days to show in your account. 

*Your product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item to receive a refund* 

All orders are packed with a returns form. Within this form it will clearly detail all return instructions.

Our Return and Refund policy consists of the following:

• The customer is required to cover any costs when returning a product.
• When returning a product/products all items must be:

1.  Any provided tags must still be attached on the item.
2. Must be Unworn & Unwashed.
3. No blemishes on the product (Including Makeup, Fake tan, Damage etc.)
4. No odours (Including Deodorant, Perfumes, Smoke, etc.)   

If any products are returned with any signs of the above or do not qualify with our returns policy then the item can be sent back to you with additional charge for shipping. For a full break down of these additional costs please contact us for further information. 

Changing or Cancelling your order:

Once your order has been placed through our store the order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to cancel your order the items will have to be return in compliance with our returns policy. 

Receiving refunds:

Once your item/item's have been received by us we will process your refund on the same working day. Please note payments can take up to 14 working business days to show in your account. We apologies for any inconveniences caused.
